I suffered a severe injury in my knee due to a road accident due to which I used to experience pain as well as a lack of flexibility in the knee. I got to know about AktivHealth from my friends who strongly recommended the center to me. On coming here the first thing that I noticed was that Dr. Mueller and his team of specialists went about diagnosing my problem in the most professional manner and at the same time, were sensitive to my medical condition and requirements.

Hence, the plan was formulated in a way that I could adhere to the regimen with constant guidance and encouragement from the physiotherapist. I was made to understand and learn the management of my injury which is a lifelong rehabilitation program and this is a concept not followed anywhere in India that I know of. There is a discernible improvement in my knee and the pain has reduced by about 90 % as a result of which, being able to swim effortlessly. I have also learned life long exercise habits that would hold me in good stead in the times ahead. Undoubtedly, the experience in AktivHealth has been most ‘heartwarming’!
