I was suffering from quite a few ailments namely, back pain, numbness, tingling in both feet, obesity apart from being a heart patient. Initially, was skeptical about the metabolic program since I had never undergone any weight management program before. Apart from being overweight, I was suffering from subclinical PCOD, epilepsy and hair loss. This was leading me to a point of utter despondency.
