I used to weigh 85 kgs and desperately wanted to lose weight. In an attempt to lose weight earlier, I had shed 2-3 kgs but regained weight in a short span of time. A close friend strongly recommended the metabolic balance program followed at AktivHealth and thus, I visited the center. After assessing my parameters, Dr. Mueller and his team of specialists got a diet plan formulated for me. The details went into and the diligence displayed by the staff at the center is indeed praiseworthy. The first positive changes were noticed in just a few days after the diet plan commenced. My coach Ms. Charu was very supportive as well as sensitive to any variation from the stipulated diet plan on my part thereby introduced amendments accordingly.

The first couple of weeks can be difficult, but once the right balance with meals is struck, i.e. five hours gap between them and drinking pure water in between, following the plan becomes second nature. I am proud to state that now I weigh 78 Kgs (7 kg reduced). I sleep better, my skin has improved significantly and my energy levels have also enhanced. With constant professional guidance at AktivHealth and a little self-discipline, weight loss is indeed a reality.
