I was having serious issues with thyroid, weight as well as skin. Despite having tried numerous crash diets, I realized that apart from making me starve, weight loss was not getting effected and this drove me to a point of utter despair.

Right from the time I walked into the center, the experience with Metabolic balance has been simply mesmerizing. I had left eating daal and roti thinking this would only facilitate weight gain but thanks to the metabolic diet, I am able to eat everything incorrect portion size. When I joined the program, my weight was 69 kgs and now, it is 63 kgs.

Apart from the improvement in my activity, lipid and blood sugar levels, even my sleeping pattern has improved distinctly. I have got rid of cravings, feel much more energetic and more importantly, look forward to leading life with a positive attitude. The professionalism being practiced at AktivHealth is above par and the entire team is a motivated lot that exudes positive vibes.

My Metabolic Balance coach, Ms. Seema Malik, has been extremely indulgent and has been so forthcoming in her attitude. Apart from encouraging me to ask questions, she has been constantly guiding and motivating me to adhere to the formulated diet plan.
