It will be good to do the training in the country where you are staying. This program works on the Franchisee model where you coordinate with the country head.

Q .Hello, I had a injury in my lower back while performing Squats exercise in the gym. This happened 1 year ago. When the injury happened the pain was very high and I could not even sit for more than 10 minutes, the pain was even when I used to lie down on my bed. I consulted doctor and they prescribed me medicines after an MRI (which was normal with very mild Levo scoliosis in the lower back). But the pain reduced with time but never went away. It also gets exaggerated in between some times.
