Fungal infections

Fungal infection is an overgrowth of yeast/ fungus. Fungus is present in the skin and near the mucous membrane. If too much of it collects, it causes candidiasis. Presence of extra sugars allow the yeast to colonize at unhealthy levels. When blood glucose levels are high the body excretes the extra sugar in mucus, sweat and urine. Yeast feeds on sugar making the skin, genital areas and feet more prone to the infections.

How MB can help

Metabolic Balance with its balance three meals reduces the sugar spikes in the body. The recommended foods such as complex carbohydrates and proteins- allow slow release of sugar. Due to the non-availability of high sugars, the fungus cannot thrive and the person is relieved. Moreover, the Metabolic balance food plan encourages water intake and keeps the body alkaline, thus discouraging any kind of infection.
