Experience: I am 70 years old. I was suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis. I couldn’t even walK. I consulted a doctor and then, they suggested medicine and exercises. I joined yoga and started morning walk also. Everything I was doing but my condition didn’t improve. I was relying on medicines for pain relief. But then, my neighbor told me to join AktivHealth and then I came here in May 2019 In the first few sessions only, I improved a lot. My physiotherapist helped me a lot. I am still continuing my sessions here. Now, I am able to even bend my knees and exercise also. Overall, I am very happy & satisfied with us. I would love to recommend people that they should and must join this place.
